Returns and Refund Policy

At Shizor, we take pride in delivering high-quality candles and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✔ The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
✔ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items:
🚫 Used or partially burned candles
🚫 Personalized or custom-made items
🚫 Clearance or sale items

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at customercare@shizor.in with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Attach clear images of the product (for damage/defect claims).
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return shipping instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

3. Refund & Replacement Process

Damaged or Defective Items – We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Incorrect Product Delivered – You may choose a replacement or refund after returning the incorrect item.
Customer-Initiated Returns – If you change your mind, a partial refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed after we receive and inspect the item.

Refund Timelines

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method or store credit (if preferred).

4. Exchanges

We allow exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you need a different product, you will need to place a new order.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at customercare@shizor.in.

6. Return Address and Replacement

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a hassle-free replacement. You can request a replacement within 10 days of delivery by contacting our support team. Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped within next 5 days (Working days)at no extra cost.
