1.1 We currently ship to all states across India.
1.2 International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Time
2.1 Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
2.2 Delivery timelines vary based on the location:
- Metro Cities: 3-4 business days.
- Other Cities & Towns: 4-5 business days.
- Remote Locations: 6-7 business days.
2.3 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Charges
3.1 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.
3.2 Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹400.
3.3 For orders below ₹400, a standard shipping charge will be applied as per the location.
4. Tracking & Delivery
4.1 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link. 4.2 Customers can track their shipments in real-time through our logistics partner’s website.
4.3 Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Ensure accuracy to avoid delays.
5. Delivery Issues
5.1 While we ensure timely delivery, Shizor is not responsible for delays due to:
- Unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, natural disasters, or lockdowns.
- Operational delays from third-party courier services.
- Address inaccuracies provided by the customer.
- Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery.
5.2 If a package is returned due to incorrect address details, the customer must bear re-shipping charges.
5.3 If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
