3.3 Shipping Charges: Shipping fees vary based on location and order value. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹400 amount.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
4.1 Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
4.2 Non-Returnable Items: Customized candles, sale items, and used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
4.3 Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5 days after the returned product is inspected and approved. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
4.4 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
